The Company works in the urban field, carrying out evaluations of urban/landscape nature, according to regulations in force and research on territory for the definition of Detailed Plans. Particularly attention is paid on the tissue, its regulations and aspirations during the design phase, independently from the category and type of study.

Today you can assist to a rapid degeneration of the mechanism of city formation; this process has modified the original tissue, within which the different elements converse to originate a complex supported by regulations and homogeneous expansions; it will be changed: an aggregate of elements imposing as single entities not comparable with other events on the territory. Elements without regulations, which reproduce in the total negation of any coherence and relation organicity. The single citizen, who does not find in the administration of the urban a repercussion to his own needs, answers in an individual way, in contrast with the regulations and contributing to the formation of unliveable urban areas. This process gives as result the degeneration during the time of the sense of belonging to an area and negation of the single and common responsibilities. It is necessary to befit again the city building process, promote the awareness towards the collective spaces, public use equipment, residential centres, heritage, all factors important for a city, to reach the non-difference between what is considered personal good and other people’s good, favouring the re-appropriation of everything from everyone.
